Schedule

8:30 – Team registration

Teams taking part in the competition must arrive no later than 9:00 AM.

9:00 - Doors open and livestream starts

From 9:00 AM, you can check in at the Lobby and watch the competition in the Fan Zone located in the Night Bar on the Ground Floor.

9:30 - Competition starts

The ER Champ 2025 competition begins at this time.

11:00 – CONFERENCE STARTS

The conference will take place in The Purgatory Hall on the 1st floor. Access is limited to conference ticket holders only. You can check the conference schedule here.

19:00- Competition ends and the afterparty starts

The competition is expected to finish around 6:45 PM. Right after that, the After Party will begin in the Night Bar. During the party, some of you will have the chance to play the competition rooms, located in The White Hall and The Small Hall on the 1st floor.

Catering

Full catering during the event is provided for conference ticket holders and competition participants. There will also be an option to buy food on-site during the conference.

Entrance to the event

When you arrive at the venue, please check in at the Lobby on the Ground Floor. You will receive your badge there. You can leave and come back at any time — just make sure to keep your badge with you at all times.

Can I Play In The Erchamp Rooms?

In general, yes. However, due to a limited number of time slots, not everyone will have the chance to play. During the event, you can take part in several contests, and the winners will get the opportunity to play in the final rooms.
