From the format perspective, the conference will feature dedicated thematic tracks with concise, 30-minute presentations - perfectly timed to keep you fully focused and engaged. We invite brands producing escape room hardware, props, and software to exhibit at our trade show. Below, you will find the currently available exhibition spaces. Please note that if demand is high, we have the flexibility to expand the expo floor.

All prices are net. The price includes conference access for two people, an exhibition booth, and a short presentation during the event.

Tickets

Ticket pricing will be announced shortly. There will be a discounted Early Bird pool. The two tiers you see below will offer the exact same access and differ only in price. As a thank you for years of continuous support, Lockme Partners and ER Champ Ambassadors will enjoy a discounted rate, while General Admission tickets will be priced slightly higher. Our goal is to keep tickets affordable for everyone while ensuring we deliver the high-quality event you deserve.
