On November 25, the Escape Room World Championship Final took place. ER Champ 2024 came to Prague this year, where the 10 best teams in the world faced the Great Constructor and fought not only for the title of Champions, but also for the release of people kidnapped into the TV world. Who won this year's edition of ER Champ?

The Fall of the Great Constructor

This year's competition revolved around the story of Diana and Arthur - a pair of TV maniacs sucked into the TV, who in order to escape the strange world on the other side of the screen, had to solve many difficult puzzles and travel between TV channels. At the end of the qualifying stage, Diana and Arthur learned that the Great Constructor was behind their extraordinary adventure, who had imprisoned not only the two of them in the world he had created. And this is where the story of the finals begins - the story of the great rescue.

Diana and Arthur, despite leaving the television world, decided to return to it and help other imprisoned TV maniacs. To do this, they had to rebuild the destroyed remote control, get to the power core and turn it off, thus destroying the television world and freeing all the Constructor prisoners.

World Champions 2024

The winners of ER Champ 2024 are the American team 6 keys, who were the only ones to complete both rooms prepared for the final - TV Remote and TV Universe Core. This is the second final for these competitors - last year they came to ER Champ in Wrocław and took 3rd place.

The 2024 finals in an amazing place

The clash of the best teams in the world this year took place in the Fun Arena in the heart of Prague. This amazing cyberpunk place not only won our hearts, but also delighted players and guests. Fun Arena is an entertainment center located a few steps from the Old Town. This place has many amazing spaces - from an escape room and rooms for VR games, paintball and airsoft, to axe throwing and the most important - Cyber ​​Arcade, a place filled with consoles, arcade machines from the 80s and 90s, and computers, where we organized a waiting room for players. We have to admit that it was hard to tear yourself away from the arcades that many of us remember from childhood.
