To ensure a smooth and thrilling experience, we have compiled a quick checklist of everything you need to know before the start.

The Waiting Room

Before the game officially unlocks, you and your teammates will need to gather in our Waiting Room. Think of it as the virtual lobby.

To enter, simply log into your ER Champ account and navigate to the game page shortly before the official launch. The Waiting Room will be your final stop before the puzzles go live.

Pre-Game Livestream (15:30 UTC)

While you are hanging out in the Waiting Room, we have something special to keep you entertained. Exactly 30 minutes before the game starts - at 15:30 UTC - an embedded video player in the Waiting Room will light up with our official Pre-Game Livestream.

Your hosts, Olga and Paweł, will be broadcasting live to calm your pre-game nerves and share some fantastic news. Here is why you absolutely cannot miss it:

• Partner Spotlight: We will introduce the incredible partners who are making this year's championship possible.
• Behind the Puzzles: Hear a few words about our brilliant Program Team - the masterminds who designed, built, and tested the challenges you are about to face.

Crucial Reminder: Simultaneous Start (16:00 UTC)

The ER Champ 2026 Qualifications start this Saturday, June 20th, at exactly 16:00 UTC.

The start is simultaneous for everyone. The system does not measure your individual time spent in the game from whenever you decide to log in. Instead, it measures how fast you finish the game from the exact moment the level opens at 16:00 UTC.

If your team logs in 15 minutes late, you have permanently lost those 15 minutes. Make sure your are online, in the Waiting Room, and ready to go well before the top of the hour!
