The ER Champ 2025 Finals are almost here, and this year we’ve got something special for everyone watching from home! If you’re tuning in to the Livestream on October 20, 2025, you’ll have a chance to take part in our ER Champ Livestream Contest 2025 and win an exclusive ER Champ bundle.

How to Participate

It’s simple - all you need to do is:

1. Watch the ER Champ 2025 Finals Livestream on YouTube or Twitch on October 20, between 9:30 and 18:00 EEST.
2. Take a photo of yourself watching the stream - show us your setup, your team spirit, or how you’re cheering for your favorite finalists!
3. Share your photo on your public Instagram Story and tag the ER Champ account (@erchampcom) so we can see your entry.
4. Add tag #erchamplive so we know you want to participate in the contest.

That’s it! Your photo automatically enters the contest.

What We’re Looking For

We’ll be selecting photos that capture the energy, creativity, and spirit of ER Champ. Whether you’re watching solo, with friends, or turning your living room into an escape room arena - we want to see how you celebrate the Finals!

Prizes

Two winners will receive a special ER Champ bundle, including:

• Two t-shirts with the ER Champ logo
• A pin with the ER Champ logo
• The Side Quest: Frostpunk escape room game

All prizes will be shipped directly to the winners - worldwide!

When Will Winners Be Announced?

The winners will be revealed within 7 days after the Livestream ends. We’ll contact them directly via Instagram.

Competition Regulations

§1 Organizer of the contest

The contest "ER Champ Livestream Contest 2025", hereinafter referred to as the contest, is organized by Lockme sp. z o.o., the owner of the Lockme and ER Champ brands, based in Wrocław, ul. Ofiar Oświęcimskich, 50-069 Wrocław, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000942965 WR.VI NS-REJ, NIP 8971900213, hereinafter referred to as Organizer.

§2 Duration of the contest

The contest runs on October 20, 2025, form 9:30 to 18:00 EEST.

§3 Rules of the contest

The contest is open to any person of legal age.

The participant of the contest cannot be a person who is

• a member of the organizer's immediate family,
• an employee of the organizer,
• connected with the organizer by a contract of mandate, contract for work, contract for cooperation, contract for services or in any other way cooperates with the organizer.

Members of the immediate family are considered to be:

• Ascendants,
• Descendants,
• Siblings,
• Partners,
• A person in an adoption relationship.

The contest is creative in nature. In order to participate in the contest, you must take a photo of yourself watching the ER Champ 2025 Livestream on October 20, 2025. The Livestream is published on the organizer's YouTube and Twitch accounts.

The photo must be posted on a public Instagram Story withe a tag #erchamplive. Additionally, the ER Champ account must be tagged so that the jury can view the photo.

§4 Selection of the winner

A jury composed of Anna Kryśkow and Zuzanna Nawrocka will select the two most interesting, original, and ER Champ-appropriate photos, whose authors will receive awards. Results will be announced within 7 days of the livestream ending.

The organizer will contact the winners via Instagram.

§5 Prize in the contest

The prize in the contest is two ER Champ bundles containing:

• two t-shirts with the ER Champ logo,
• a pin with the ER Champ logo,
• the Side Quest: Frostpunk escape room game.

Prizes will be sent to the winners at the addresses they provide, and shipping costs will be covered by the Organizer.

§6 Complaints

Complaints related to the contest can be submitted by e-mail to hello@erchamp.com. The title of the message must contain the phrase "Complaint - ER Champ Livestream Contest 2025". Complaints can be submitted for a maximum of 2 days after the contest results are announced. The organizer has 14 days to respond to the complaint.

§7 Personal data

§8 Final provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations at any time without prior notice.

The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the contest without selecting a winner if the number of applications is insufficient or if the submitted entries do not meet the contest criteria.
