Escape Room Conference 2026

Escape Room Conference 2026

Join the ER Champ 2026 Conference as a speaker and share your knowledge with the global escape room community. Check what we offer and how to apply.

Become a speaker at the ER Champ 2026 Conference

This year, alongside the Championship, we’re preparing something that many have been asking us about - an industry conference that will take place during the Finals event.

We know that the ER Champ community includes many experienced creators, owners, designers, game masters, and people who have been building this industry for years. We’re looking for speakers and workshop hosts who would like to contribute to an event designed for escape room owners, enthusiasts, and staff members.

We’re open to inspirational talks, case studies, practical industry knowledge, tool deep-dives, marketing experiments, game design processes, team management insights, player psychology, technology trends, and lessons learned the hard way.

If you have something valuable to share with the community, we want to hear from you!

When and where

The Escape Room Conference is planned as a side event accompanying the World Escape Room Championship 2026 Finals, which will take place this autumn in Wrocław, Poland.

The exact date and venue of the conference will be announced soon.

In addition to the conference itself, we are preparing several other accompanying events - and we will be sharing more details about them shortly.

What we offer and how to apply

We provide an accommodation budget of 400 EUR for selected speakers, as well as full access to the entire ER Champ event - including the conference, afterparty, the Finals, and other attractions that we’ll reveal soon.

If you’d like to become a speaker at the ER Champ 2026 Conference, please fill out the form below!
