Tina Deater and Curt Jackson met when they were handcuffed next to each other in a pirate themed escape room while attending an escape room enthusiast Meetup event. Their shared passion for these immersive challenges blossomed into a remarkable journey. They recently completed an 8-month escape room adventure around the United States in their RV, playing a total of 282 escape rooms in 46 of the 50 states. They've now settled in Pawtucket, RI and are the owners of Mystery Soup Escape Rooms. Curt is also the co-host of the Mystery Soup podcast, which explores the business and design sides of the escape room industry.
