It’s time for the official announcement of the results of the ER Champ 2024 qualifications! How has the team list changed relative to Saturday's live ranking, and who made it to the grand finals in Prague?

ER Champ in numbers

The qualifications for the 8th World Escape Room Championship took place just last Saturday. This year's turnout positively surprised us. Thank you for your participation!

And this is ER Champ 2024 in numbers:

• 2044 players;
• 658 teams;
• 5,723,716 actions performed;
• 37 countries the teams played from;
• 33 puzzles the players had to overcome;
• 47 teams that completed the qualifications in the statutory time;
• 10 teams that made it to the finals!

The number of players who took part in ER Champ 2024 is significantly higher compared to last year. Hello to our new players! We hope the game's difficulty level was just enough to encourage you to play with us again next year.

We have recently added a new feature to our website. Starting this year, on the game subpages, you can see the official results and times of the teams that finished the stage during the competition.

Unfortunately, not all qualified teams can make it to Prague. Therefore, below is the list of teams that you will see in the ER Champ 2024 finals in Prague on November 25:

Error in the dog puzzle

As many of you have already noticed, this year’s game was not without surprises. As a result of a bug in the CDN service, some players saw graphics from an earlier version of the game. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to solve one puzzle in Polish, for which we would like to sincerely apologize. 

We have analyzed the play times and activity details of all the teams that reached the dog puzzle in less than 4 hours, as well as those who filed a complaint. Based on this, we have updated the final results taking into account the problem with solving this puzzle.

We hope that this situation, while undoubtedly upsetting for some Polish players, will not discourage you from participating in future editions of ER Champ. 

Prague finals

Last year, the ER Champ finals were held in Hydropolis water knowledge centre in Wrocław, Poland. This year, the finalists will join us at Fun Arena in the heart of Prague, Czech Republic, where they will compete for the title of this year's World Champions. More information about the finals and Fun Arena can be found on our discord in the #news channel. 

The ER Champ 2024 finals event is scheduled for November 25. Like last year, the competition will be streamed on our YouTube channel.
