We have another competition for you, in which you can win 3 double invitations to the ER Champ 2024 Finale at the Fun Arena in Prague, which will take place on November 25.

What to do to win?

We have hidden 3 pins in the shape of our logo in the ER Champ online games, available on our website. To win, you have to play the ER Champ games and find the pin as quickly as possible, take a screenshot and send it to the #er-champ-2024 channel of the ER Champ - World Escape Room Championship Discord server.

The competition starts at 13:00 UTC (15:00 Polish time), until now access to all games on our website has been blocked.

What you need to know?

• One user can report only one found pin. We always emphasize the importance of fair play, so if you find a second one, leave it for another player.
• Pins can be hidden in any game except TEST SYSTEM from 2018. This game is not included in the contest.
• The contest lasts from 13:00 UTC until all hidden pins are found.
• Screenshots of found pins sent to us in any other way than in a message on Discord will not be taken into account.

Competition Regulations

§1 Organizer of the contest

The "Find a pin, meet us in Prague" contest, hereinafter referred to as the contest, is organized by Lockme sp. z o.o., owner of the Lockme and ER Champ brands, based in Wrocław, ul. Ofiar Oświęcimskich, 50-069 Wrocław, entered in the National Court Register 0000942965 WR.VI NS-REJ, NIP 8971900213, hereinafter referred to as Lockme. Lockme is the founder of the prize.

§2 Duration of the contest

The contest runs from 16.09.2024 15:00 UTC until all 3 pins are found.

§3 Rules of the contest

The contest is open to any person of legal age. 

The participant of the contest cannot be a person who is:

• a member of the organizer's immediate family,
• an employee of the organizer,
• connected with the organizer by a contract of mandate, contract for work, contract for cooperation, contract for services or in any other way cooperates with the organizer.

Members of the immediate family are considered to be:

• Ascendants,
• Descendants,
• Siblings,
• Spouse,
• A person in an adoption relationship.

The contest is based on finding a pin in the shape of the ER Champ logo in the Escape Room World Championship online games available at https://erchamp.com/en/contest 

The logo can be found in any game available on the mentioned website. The exception is the game System test located at the link https://erchamp.com/en/level/intro/1 which does not participate in the contest - no pin will be found in this game. 

Submitting more than one found pin in the shape of ER Champ logo is not allowed. If the same player sends us more than one screenshot with found pins, the others will not be accepted.

§4 Winner selection

The winner of the contest is the person who found the pin in the shape of the logo in the game, took a screenshot and sent it to the channel #er-champ-2024 on the server Discord ER Champ - World Escape Room Championship, the invitation to which is at this link: https://discord.gg/DDgEneAZJ4 to join the server Discord ER Champ - World Escape Room Championship you must have an account created on discord.com and accept the invitation to the server (https://discord.gg/RxbVKEYfJK). The winner is determined by the time of entry. After the results are announced, the organizer will contact the winner via Discord, on which the contest entry was sent.

§5 Prize in the contest

The prize in the contest is three two-person invitations to the final of ER Champ 2024, which will be held in the Fun Arena (Prague, Czech Republic), November 25, 2024. The organizer will not provide the winners with transportation or accommodation and will not cover other costs associated with participation in the above-mentioned event.

§6 Complaints

Complaints related to the contest can be submitted by e-mail to hello@erchamp.com. The title of the message must contain the phrase "Complaint - contest Find a pin, meet us in Prague". Complaints can be submitted for a maximum of 2 days after the contest results are announced. Lockme has 14 days to respond to the complaint.

§7 Personal data

All data collected during the contest are processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the ER Champ website available at: KLIK (https://erchamp.com/pl/site-regulations).
